In 2004 Richard
S. Allcox started
Allcox & Associates,
S.C. in an effort
to serve the community,
people and businesses
of Northeast Wisconsin
with professional
accounting services.
His unique brand
of personalized
services is the
cornerstone of
his success. With
more than twenty
years of accounting
experience in
various industries
and his naturally
outgoing personality,
Rick found he
could relate to
clients on both
a personal and
professional level.
Rick’s attention
to detail keeps
clients coming
back.
As a life-long
resident of Northeast
Wisconsin, it’s
no surprise that
Rick’s accounting
career began with
an Associate degree
in Accounting
from Northeast
Wisconsin Technical
Institute (now
NWTC). While working
full-time he continued
his education,
earning a Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting
from Lakeland
College. In 2004
he became a Certified
Public Accountant
(CPA). Rick is
a member of the
Wisconsin CPA
Association and
the National Society
of Accountants
as well as the
Treasurer for
On Broadway, Inc.
He is active in
the community
serving several
roles in his church
and coaching/sponsoring
a team in the
Miracle League
(youth baseball
for those with
special needs).
Rick is an avid
sportsman who
loves hunting
and fishing. He
also enjoys spending
time with his
lovely wife and
two beautiful
children. When
asked where he’d
most like to live,
his response was:
“Right here!
We’ve got
everything you
could want –
the great outdoors,
four seasons and
the Green Bay
Packers”.

Tyler Starbird
graduated from
Lakeland College
in May 2008 with
a Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting.
He was brought
on full-time in
June 2008 after
working as an
intern for Allcox
& Associates
S.C. Now with
more than three
years of experience,
Tyler handles
the accounts of
numerous business
clients.
In his free time,
Tyler likes to
play softball
and work on his
golf game. He
currently lives
in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Ryan
Barnard is a fresh
face in accounting.
He graduated in
2010 from Lakeland
College with a
Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting,
and an emphasis
on Fraud and Forensics.
He has participated
in the IRS’s
Volunteer Income
Tax Assistance
(VITA) program,
both as a process
planner and as
a tax preparer.
He joined Allcox
& Associates
in 2010.
Aside from accounting,
Ryan’s passion
is music. He plays
a number of instruments,
including guitar
and saxophone,
and he attends
several concerts
each year. Ryan
also enjoys exercising
and being outdoors,
especially near
Lake Michigan.
He lives in Sheboygan,
Wisconsin.
